She also oversees all companywide communications.
Olivia manages Parker’s Fueling the Community charitable giving program, which donates a portion of all gas sales on the first Wednesday of each month to area schools, presenting checks to school districts across Georgia and South Carolina. Additionally, she directs charitable initiatives through the Parker’s Community Fund, focused on supporting education and healthcare, uplifting veterans and first responders, and addressing hunger.
At Parker’s, Olivia established a strategic partnership with the Red Cross Blood Mobile to host monthly blood drives and launched the Round Up for Charity campaign, which addresses childhood hunger, aids local injured veterans, and improves healthcare access. As the company’s representative for charitable giving across Georgia and South Carolina, she manages charitable requests, oversees program logistics, and fosters associate engagement.
Born and raised in Savannah, Ga., Olivia earned a B.A. in Marketing and Events from Ohio University and began her career in New York City before returning to Savannah in 2020 to work for Parker’s, the award-winning company founded by her father, CEO Greg Parker. She joined Parker’s as a Store Recruiter in March 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic and, after recruiting associates for 24 stores in Georgia and South Carolina, was promoted to Corporate Recruiter, where she strategically expanded the company’s workforce across the region.
Passionate about community service, Olivia was recognized as a member of Savannah Magazine’s New Guard in 2022. She currently serves on the boards of the Red Shoe Society (supporting the Ronald McDonald House in Savannah), the Savannah Music Festival, and the Educate Chatham Foundation.
