Risk-taking should be encouraged and embraced, however, Fear of Failure may temper that opportunity within the organization and us.
Our mission on Team 6 was to dive deeper into the Fear of Failure and to help re-frame risk-taking as an opportunity to learn and build confidence and resilience.
